Welcome to HomeServiceIgnition.com ("HSI," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services: HSI provides marketing services designed to generate leads and increase booked jobs for home service businesses. While we work diligently to deliver results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are intended to support your business growth, but your success may depend on factors beyond our control.
Performance-Based Pricing: Our pricing structure includes a $99 monthly system fee and a performance-based commission on jobs booked through our leads or assisted follow-ups. This commission is 8% on revenue up to $50,000 per month and 5% on revenue beyond $50,000 per month. You agree to provide accurate information regarding booked jobs and revenue to ensure proper billing.
Payments: Payments are due as outlined in your agreement with HSI. Failure to provide accurate revenue information or to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.
Cancellations: Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Any outstanding performance-based fees will still be due.
Refund Policy: At HSI, we stand behind the work we deliver and the results we drive for our clients. As part of our Service Level Agreement (SLA), we want to be clear about our refund policy:
1. No Automatic Refunds:Fees paid for services are non-refundable. Once work has been completed, the associated fees are considered earned, regardless of performance outcomes. This is because our team dedicates time, resources, and expertise to fulfilling our obligations.
2. Case-by-Case Consideration: That said, we operate on principles of fairness and integrity. If you believe the service you received did not align with what was promised, or you feel the value delivered was not commensurate with the fees paid, we encourage you to reach out. We don't keep money we don't feel we earned.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, accurate business information, and cooperation during the setup and execution of our services. It is also CRUCIAL that you have resources & team in place to answer all inbound leads immediately. Delays caused by your failure to meet these obligations may affect performance and results.
Data and Privacy: We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to the use of call tracking, lead tracking, and other data collection methods necessary to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability: HSI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to HSI in the three months preceding any claim.
Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hawaii.
