What is Home Service Ignition (HSI)?

HSI is a “performance-based” marketing agency built exclusively for home service businesses. We generate booked jobs for you and only get paid when you make money.

How does "performance-based" marketing work?

We handle everything—ads, automation, and follow-ups—to generate booked jobs. You only pay us when we bring you revenue. No results, no big fees.

How do you make money?

Simple—we only get paid when you make money. You pay a small $99/month fee to cover system setup, tracking, and automation. Then, we take a percentage of the revenue from jobs we generate for you—8% up to $50K, then 5% beyond that. If we don’t bring you booked jobs, you don’t owe us anything beyond the $99/month. Our income is tied to your success.

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

No! Unlike traditional agencies that require big retainers, we invest hundreds of hours in your success first. You only pay when we start delivering results.

Can I cancel anytime?

We keep things simple. If you decide to stop, you’ll only owe the remaining $99/month fee for 12 months—no revenue share, no hassle.

How do I know this will work for my business?

While nothing in life is 100% guaranteed, We specialize in home services and only get paid when you succeed. That means our incentives are fully aligned with your growth. Less risk, more upside.

How affordable is your service?

Traditional agencies charge thousands in fees—before you see a dime in return. We flip that model, with no-risk pricing that decreases as you scale, dropping from 8% to 5% for any revenue above $50,000 per month.

What types of home service businesses do you work with?

We work with cleaning companies, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, painting, pressure washing, maid services, window cleaning, electrical contractors, and other local service businesses.

Where are you based?

We are headquartered in Hawaii, but we work with home service businesses all over the U.S.

LEAD GENERATION & MARKETING

How do you generate leads for my business?

We use a mix of Email/SMS Campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), and organic Google My Business optimization to drive quality leads to your business. We also support our long term clients with content and organic social posting – whatever drives the most revenue.

How fast can I start getting leads?

Most clients start seeing leads within 30 days of onboarding. Remember: we invest 100's of hours to put systems in place for you before we launch - which is why we both win. The first booked jobs typically happen within the first 4-6 weeks.

Do you guarantee a certain number of leads?

Nobody can guarantee an exact number of leads - if they do, they are lying! But we only make money when you do, so it’s in our best interest to bring in as many booked jobs as possible. Together we will set & review KPIs every month to ensure our strategy is most effective.

Do I need a website to work with you?

Not necessarily. We can drive leads through Google Business and landing pages, but having a website can help with conversions.  We can help build one for you, if needed.

Will I have access to reports and performance tracking?

Yes! We provide a live reporting dashboard so you can track every lead, call, and booked job in real-time. You’ll also receive weekly reports so you can get a quick snapshot of our progress.

What happens after I sign up?

We have a very detailed 60-Day onboarding process, which your dedicated Account Manager will review on your initial onboarding call:

-Onboarding Call – We review your business, services, and goals - and collect everything we need to get you set up.

-CRM & Call Tracking Setup – We integrate our system with your booking software.

-Kickoff Call - We show you everything we’ve built for you and prep for launch.

-"Quick Wins" Campaigns – We re-engage your past leads to drive fast revenue.

-Paid Ads Launch – We start running Facebook ads, then Google ads once that’s working.

-GMB/LSA - We deploy your Local Services Ads and optimise your Google My Business profile to boost lead volume from those sources.

-Ongoing Optimization – We track, report, optimize, and scale your results.

What do you need from me to get started?

Business details (name, location, services, pricing) Access to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google My Business Past customer lists for reactivation campaigns. We'll also need access to the technology systems you currently use, so we can connect everything during our onboarding phase. We’ll walk through this all during your onboarding call.

How involved do I need to be?

We handle everything on the marketing side of things, but you or your team MUST be available to answer calls and book jobs when leads come in. This is an essential KPI we will set and review each month as we grow together.

What if I already have a marketing team?

We can work alongside your existing team or take over the entire process—whichever works best for you. However, between our efforts and automations we set up, your marketing team's time will be best spent doing community outreach and other tactics we will share to boost local visibility.

What if I already get a lot of leads?

Great problem to have! If you’re already running ads, you'll see a huge value with we can optimize your existing campaigns and improve your follow-up process to close more jobs. Lead quantity means nothing if you don't have the process in place to close those leads. You'll cut costs too, and avoid wasting time chasing leads that take up your team's time.

Do you offer any performance guarantees?

No one can predict the future, so guaranteeing specific results isn't realistic. However, aside from our rev share billing model (where you can cancel anytime), we review 8 Key Performance Indicators with you every 30 days. Unlike other agencies, we offer full transparency into what is working (and what isn't) so we can adjust our marketing strategy to support your growth goals:

Do you offer exclusivity for my service area?

Yes, we will offer exclusivity after 3 months of working together. Note: we may work with multiple businesses in large metro areas, but no direct competitors.

What if I want to leave after a few months?

You can leave anytime. You’ll only be responsible for the remaining $99/month for the year, but no future revenue share. We're looking for long-term partners whose business we can INGITE, so if the fit isn't right, we can part ways amicably.

What if I have more than one location?

We can set up campaigns for multiple locations and scale accordingly, although we may advocate launching one at a time to ensure success. Each location will be tracked separately.

Do I own the ads and data if I leave?

Your accounts and leads will all remain yours, of course. But if you elect not to move forward with us, all of our systems and ads will be deactivated. This is just a fair way to protect us from clients who may want to run off with everything we’ve built for them.

What is your Refund Policy?

At HSI, we stand behind the work we deliver and the results we drive for our clients. As part of our Service Level Agreement (SLA), we want to be clear about our refund policy:

1. No Automatic Refunds:Fees paid for services are non-refundable. Once work has been completed, the associated fees are considered earned, regardless of performance outcomes. This is because our team dedicates time, resources, and expertise to fulfilling our obligations.

2. Case-by-Case Consideration:That said, we operate on principles of fairness and integrity. If you believe the service you received did not align with what was promised, or you feel the value delivered was not commensurate with the fees paid, we encourage you to reach out. We don't keep money we don't feel we earned.
